The Let’s Guide project was designed to identify core and innovative learning methods that best encourage successful entrepreneurial activities among low-skilled adult people (potential entrepreneurs, freelancers and unemployed) in the age of 30-45 with medium or long work experience.
Its platform is designed as an interactive motivation environment in the form of an “Interactive learning scenario simulation” that can help entrepreneurs with improving their skills.
On the platform, you can find a free on-line training course that contains five different modules: Communication, Leadership, Creativity / Innovativeness, Resilience, Motivation. Each module contains:
- Introduction into the module in the form of a cartoon
- Main training materials that contain basic information about the topic of the module – slides with quiz questions and links to additional information about the topic
- Conclusion of the module in the form of a cartoon
- Quiz in which students can test their knowledge about the topic
- Storytelling multimedia content – videos of different entrepreneurs talking about important skills in entrepreneurship
Another important asset of the platform are the Teaching notes on how to use the Let’s Guide course and Interactive Learning Scenarios. The Teaching notes can be of great value for the educators/teachers, because they do not contain only academic content and technical description of the platform, but also practical information and tips for using the training course in a classroom.
